Pop star Justin Bieber has been quite outspoken about his struggles with mental health, and several episodes of his YouTube docuseries ‘Seasons’ were dedicated to it wherein the singer got candid about mental health struggles and addiction. He has often been vocal about how stardom affected his life and how he made some bad decisions along the way. Now, in his latest YouTube Originals documentary Justin Bieber: Next Chapter, he has revealed that he has experienced suicidal thoughts in the past.
Opening up about the dark times in his life, Justin Bieber said, “There was times where I was really, really suicidal. Like, man is this pain ever going to go away? It was so consistent, the pain was so consistent.” The documentary released on Friday. Justin further said, “I was just suffering, right? So, I’m just like, man, I would rather not feel this than feel this.” He said that he had no idea that this would happen and that he would get sucked up by all this stuff.
However, he revealed that his faith gave him the ‘overwhelming confidence’ to recover from the situation he was in. He then urged people to talk and seek help if they ever feel lonely. He said that he could have avoided a lot of pain.

Justin Bieber also gave his fans an update about his mental health now, and revealed that the last 8 months have been happy and healthy. He tweeted, “The last 8 months have been a time for growth.
